Privacy Policy

Effective: February 18, 2026

1 — The Short Version

We collect only what's necessary to operate the platform: your public XRPL wallet address and a record of tokens you create. We never see your private keys, never sell your data, and never use third-party analytics.

2 — What We Collect

Wallet address — your public XRPL address (e.g. rXXXXXX...) when you connect a wallet. This is public data on the XRP Ledger.
Authentication tokens — short-lived JWT session tokens (24-hour expiry) stored in your browser's localStorage. Not transmitted to third parties.
Token records — currency code, name, description, initial supply, transaction hash, ledger index, and creation timestamp for each token you mint.
Rate limit counters — request counts per wallet address per hour to prevent abuse. Not linked to personal identity.
Webhook events — if you use XAMAN, XAMAN sends us a payload resolution notification. We store only the wallet address and resolution status.

3 — What We Don't Collect

Private keys (we never have access to these)
IP addresses beyond what Cloudflare logs as CDN operator
Browser fingerprints, device identifiers, or behavioral analytics
Payment card information (handled by Stripe if applicable)

4 — Third-Party Services

XAMAN — wallet connection and transaction signing. Subject to XAMAN's privacy policy at xaman.app/privacy.
GemWallet / Crossmark — browser extension wallets. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
XRP Ledger — a public, decentralized blockchain. All on-chain data (transactions, balances, trust lines) is permanently public.
Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and database. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

5 — Data Retention

Token records and wallet data are retained until deletion is requested. To delete your data, email support@onrampdlt.com with your wallet address. We will delete all associated off-chain data within 7 business days.

On-chain data cannot be deleted — the XRP Ledger is a permanent public blockchain. Transactions, trust lines, and token issuances on the ledger are beyond our control once submitted.

6 — Your Rights

If you are in the EEA/UK or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, contact support@onrampdlt.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7 — Children

OnrampDLT is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
