Terms of Service

1 — Acceptance

By using OnrampDLT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users of the OnrampDLT platform operated by StackStats Apps LLC.

2 — What OnrampDLT Is

OnrampDLT is a token minting platform that allows users to create and issue custom tokens on the XRP Ledger using their own XRPL wallet. We provide tooling; we are not a custodian, exchange, broker, or financial institution. We do not hold, control, or manage your digital assets.

3 — Blockchain Disclaimer

⚠️ Irreversible Transactions — Read This First

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted to the XRP Ledger and validated, it cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled by any party — including StackStats Apps LLC. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before signing. We have no ability to recover funds, undo trust lines, or reverse token issuance.

4 — Mainnet Risk

When operating in mainnet mode:

(a) real XRP is consumed as network fees;
(b) trust lines are created on your live XRPL account;
(c) tokens are issued to your live wallet.

You bear full financial responsibility for all mainnet transactions. StackStats Apps LLC is not liable for loss of XRP, tokens, or other digital assets resulting from your use of the platform.

5 — Not Financial Advice

Nothing on OnrampDLT constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or securities advice. Tokens created on our platform are utility instruments; their legal classification may vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional before creating tokens intended for distribution to others.

6 — Platform Issuer

OnrampDLT uses a platform issuer wallet to send the initial token supply to your wallet after you establish a trust line. This is a technical mechanism of the XRPL trust line system. StackStats Apps LLC does not retain ownership, control, or custody of tokens after issuance. You control your wallet; you control your tokens.

7 — Account & Access

Your "account" is your XRPL wallet address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your wallet. We do not offer password reset or account recovery. If you lose access to your wallet, you lose access to your OnrampDLT dashboard.

8 — Acceptable Use

You may not use OnrampDLT to:

(a) create tokens that impersonate existing assets or constitute fraud;
(b) engage in market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or similar prohibited conduct;
(c) violate any applicable law or regulation;
(d) distribute tokens as unregistered securities without appropriate legal compliance.

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of access.

9 — Rate Limits & Service

Free tier: 10 token creations per wallet per hour. The XRP Ledger is a decentralized network not operated by StackStats Apps LLC. We are not liable for network downtime, congestion, or ledger issues beyond our control.

10 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Your on-chain data (tokens, trust lines) is unaffected by termination — the blockchain is not controlled by us and your on-ledger assets remain yours.

11 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKSTATS APPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF ONRAMPDLT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alaska.
