Getting Started
What wallets does OnrampDLT support?
XAMAN (any device, OAuth2 sign-in), GemWallet (Chrome extension), and Crossmark (Chrome extension). Exodus, Trust Wallet, and other wallets that don't support XRPL web dApps can use XAMAN as a bridge.
Is OnrampDLT free to use?
The platform is free to use. You do pay XRP network fees (typically 0.000012 XRP per transaction) directly from your wallet. Testnet is completely free — use it to practice before going mainnet.
What's the difference between testnet and mainnet?
Testnet uses fake XRP (no real value). Mainnet uses real XRP and creates real tokens on the live XRP Ledger. Always test on testnet first.
Wallet & Sign-In
How do I connect with XAMAN?
Click Connect Wallet → XAMAN. You'll be redirected to XAMAN's sign-in page. Approve the request in your XAMAN app. You'll be redirected back and automatically signed in.
My wallet shows as connected but I can't create tokens
Make sure your wallet has enough XRP to cover the trust line reserve (2 XRP) plus network fees. On mainnet, each trust line requires a 2 XRP reserve in your wallet.
I got disconnected — what happens to my tokens?
Nothing. Your tokens exist on the XRP Ledger, not in our database alone. Reconnect your wallet and your dashboard will restore automatically.
What wallets are officially supported?
OnrampDLT has been fully tested and verified with three wallets: GemWallet (Chrome extension), XAMAN (mobile + OAuth2 sign-in), and Crossmark (Chrome extension). These are the only wallets guaranteed to work with our token issuance platform. Other XRPL wallets such as Exodus, Trust Wallet, Ledger, and Trezor do not currently support the XRPL web dApp signing protocol required for trust line creation. Users of those wallets can use XAMAN as a signing bridge. StackStats Apps LLC is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from use of unsupported wallets.
Token Creation
How long does token minting take?
Typically 3–8 seconds on mainnet. The XRP Ledger closes a new ledger every 3–5 seconds. Testnet may be slightly slower.
Can I create a token with any name?
Currency codes must be exactly 3 uppercase ASCII characters (e.g. USD, XYZ, ABC) or a 40-character hex string for longer names. Token display names can be longer.
My transaction failed — what happened?
Common causes: insufficient XRP balance (need 2+ XRP reserve + fees), network congestion, or wallet rejection. Check your wallet balance and try again. Contact support if the issue persists.
Can I issue more tokens after the initial mint?
Not through the current platform version. Additional issuance capability is on the roadmap.
Billing & Account
How do I delete my account?
Email support@onrampdlt.com with your XRPL wallet address. We delete all off-chain data within 7 business days. Your on-chain tokens and trust lines cannot be deleted (they exist on the blockchain).
